These terms apply to the use of this website, including the purchase of Wild Poppies flowers and gifts. Please note that your continued use of our website constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by these terms.

1. Currency and Pricing

All pricing on this website is in New Zealand Dollars (NZ$) and includes Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 15%.

2. Shipping and Delivery

Wild Poppies delivers flowers and gifts all over Auckland and our beautiful country, New Zealand. Shipping rates are outlined on our Shipping Terms page and on our Gift and Flower Delivery page, and will be quoted within all orders.

3. 100% Satisfaction Guarantee

Our 100% satisfaction guarantee is a key aspect of our business. If a customer is not happy with their order and can provide proof of what the issue is and common sense prevails that that is not acceptable then we will put it right.

We’ll discuss the issue with you and look to provide a suitable outcome. This may include a redeliver of the original or a substitute order. A refund may be made in the same tender as the original purchase. Any gift products requested to be returned must be in a new resalable condition unless faulty or otherwise defective.

4. Returns & Refunds

If you feel your Wild Poppies flowers (or other gifts) didn’t arrive in the best condition or have not lasted at least 3 days let us know within this time by calling 09 357 6161. Once we’re confident that they have been cared for as recommended, we will happily replace the flowers.

• Orders can be cancelled, free of charge, if we haven’t yet arranged your flowers or gifts order.
• Given the perishable nature of many of our products, we do not offer refunds on cancelled orders that have been picked and arranged or are out for delivery on those perishable Products.
• Non-perishable products may be approved for a refund if returned in new condition.
• Refunds can only be made back to the credit card that was used for the original purchase. Approved refunds will be processed within 1 business day of the cancellation.

5. Consumer Guarantees Act 1993

The Consumer Guarantee Act sets out minimum standards for goods sold by Wild Poppies. In the unlikely event that goods sold are not of good quality or are faulty, the customer has the right to a repair, replacement or a refund.

6. Copyright

The contents of our website, and the site as a whole, are intended solely for personal, non-commercial use by our customers. No right, title or interest in any viewed or downloaded materials is transferred to a website user, as a result of viewing, downloading or copying any content on this site.

You may not reproduce (except as noted above), publish, transmit, distribute, display, modify, create derivative works of, sell or participate in any sale of, or exploit in any way, in whole or in part, any of the contents of this site.

• Wild Poppies offers free same-day delivery across Auckland suburbs for orders of $120 or more (excluding add-ons, delivery fees, and discounts).
• Free delivery is available for qualifying orders placed Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
• Deliveries will be made between 8:00 AM and 6:30 PM on the selected delivery date.
• Orders must be placed before the daily cut-off time specified on the Wild Poppies website to qualify for same-day delivery.
• Additional fees may apply for priority, timed, or after-hours deliveries.
• The Offer applies only to eligible Auckland suburbs within Wild Poppies’ standard delivery network. Delivery to outer or rural areas may incur additional charges or fall outside same-day delivery service.
