Delivery

OUTSIDE OF AUCKLAND:
Cupcakes, Cakes, & Potted Plants are not suitable for deliveries outside of Auckland due to the fragile nature of the item. These will be replaced with similar items to the same value or higher. E.g. Cupcakes will be replaced with Freshly baked Cookies or Macarons. Potted Plants will be replaced with a Posy or Bouquet to the same value.

Deliveries outside of Auckland will be on an overnight courier. For address’ that are rural it will take 1-2 days depending on the courier provider. Please be aware that delays on orders are outside of our hands due to using third party services.

EXPRES DELIVERY SERVICE (within 1-2):
On request we can get your gift delivered as soon as possible - our express service.

SAME DAY DELIVERY:
Same-day delivery is available Monday to Friday for orders placed before 2.30pm. Order by 10am for same-day delivery on Saturday. Closed on Sunday (except special events)

Care instructions

Our dedicated team will always curate and arrange your Orchids with care and affection. Every bouquet is meticulously prepared with a water-wrapping to maintain its freshness.

Key steps for caring for your Cymbidium Orchids:
1. Clean your vase thoroughly. This will reduce the buildup of bacteria and keep your flowers fresher for longer.
2. Fill half a vase with fresh, room temperature water and flower food.
3. Trim stems, cutting about 1cm off the bottom.
4. Change the water, and trim stems every two days to keep it clean and encourage further water absorption.
5. Keep your cymbidium orchids where there is good air flow, away from direct sunlight to extend their lifespan.
6. Remove any wilted flowers promptly to prevent bacteria from spreading.

Note: Cymbidium Orchids can be top heavy, we recommend placing in a tall supportive vase. This prevents any drooping.
