If a flower pictured is unavailable for any reason, we will substitute this for a flower of the same or higher monetary value and in a similar style and colour. Please note in particular Hydrangeas are unavailable in Winter months.

Delivery

OUTSIDE OF AUCKLAND:
Cupcakes, Cakes, & Potted Plants are not suitable for deliveries outside of Auckland due to the fragile nature of the item. These will be replaced with similar items to the same value or higher. E.g. Cupcakes will be replaced with Freshly baked Cookies or Macarons. Potted Plants will be replaced with a Posy or Bouquet to the same value.

Deliveries outside of Auckland will be on an overnight courier. For address’ that are rural it will take 1-2 days depending on the courier provider. Please be aware that delays on orders are outside of our hands due to using third party services.

EXPRES DELIVERY SERVICE (within 1-2):
On request we can get your gift delivered as soon as possible - our express service.

SAME DAY DELIVERY:
