I bought/gifted the Ashley & Co White Posy Combo for my best friend. She lives in a rural area but flowers and candle arrived in wonderful condition via courier and on the day advised. Shocked to read some not so great experiences on here (donot be deterred) but it goes to show how customer focus WP is by the way they respond and their sympathy and drive to rectify any issues, and that to me is excellent customer service!
