Shocked to read some not so great experiences on here (donot be deterred) but it goes to show how customer focus WP is by the way they respond and their sympathy and drive to rectify any issues, and that to me is excellent customer service! I have used Wild Poppies a couple of times since the pandemic..using both pickup and their delivery service and also was a grateful recipient many years ago as to how I knew about Wild Poppies and their beautiful flower arrangements and scrumptious cupcakes!! Recently been sending these beautiful gifts to our new mother's during pandemic ​but recently sent our friends an anniversary gift and they absolutely loved it and even got a few snaps of how beautiful it was received. Loved how WP always keeps us in the loop from start to finish. Delivery was within 24hours of receiving the order so very efficient, and they offer same day service too.
