I bought/gifted the Ashley & Co White Posy Combo for my best friend. She lives in a rural area but flowers and candle arrived in wonderful condition via courier and on the day advised. My friend was absolutely over the moon with how big, fresh and beautiful the bouquet of flowers was. Also loved the candle and scent. Shocked to read some not so great experiences on here (donot be deterred) but it goes to show how customer focus WP is by the way they respond and their sympathy and drive to rectify any issues, and that to me is excellent customer service!
