All my friends and family know that if they are going to buy me flowers then they have to be from Wild Poppies, and I would never purchase my flowers from anywhere else. Shocked to read some not so great experiences on here (donot be deterred) but it goes to show how customer focus WP is by the way they respond and their sympathy and drive to rectify any issues, and that to me is excellent customer service!
